Virtual Support Groups
We regularly have virtual support groups that cover a wide-range of topics ranging from Anxiety Management, Depression Management, Mindfulness Tools for Coping, to Building Self-Esteem.
Is a safe space where a group of women meet to learn, share stories and experiences, and connect with one another. The Women’s Circle is wonderfully versatile in allowing us to communicate with others in a way that is equal, respectful and connecting. If you’re interested in joining this group, please contact us and we’ll provide you with additional information.
On “Tuesday Topics” we gather to discuss a topic related to our mental wellbeing. At each meeting we’ll dive into a different topic, create an environment where we can openly share our experiences, stories, thoughts, and ideas in a safe space. Our clinician Imane Akhlafa, MSc will be guiding the group discussion. This group is open to all genders.
