Description
Established in 2018, Wise Mind Psychotherapy Center LLC is based in Dubai and provides mental health services for adolescents and adults. Everything we do is driven by passion, values, and professional ethics. We provide American standard healthcare services that use evidence-based mental health practices.
The center offers a broad range of services from individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, support groups, and clinical supervision. Our treatment approach is based around our clients’ conditions, where we recognize that every client is different and it is the whole person that we are seeking to treat, and not just their symptoms.
Roles & Responsibility
The Front Office Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations at Wise Mind Psychotherapy Center.
The Front Office Coordinator’s main responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Handling client intakes and medical forms
- Organizing and maintaining filing system for medical charts
- Scheduling and registering client appointments and information
- Billing of clinic services
- Maintaining privacy of clients, assuring client confidentiality
- Other essential clerical duties as needed
Selection Criteria
- Currently residing in Dubai
- Solid written and spoken English
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
- High School Diploma
- Experience with insurance claims management (preferred)
