Meet Dr. Khadeja Mousa
Dr. Mousa has been in the mental health field for over 15 years. She graduated with her doctorate degree from the Wright Institute in Berkeley, CA, USA. She has international experience working in the U.S., Kuwait, and in the UAE. She utilizes an integrative approach that focuses on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and specializes in Exposure Therapy for the treatment of Anxiety Spectrum Disorders.
Dr. Mousa is passionate about her work and is deeply dedicated to creating lasting change in people’s lives. She identifies as a Wounded Healer, and because she has personally gone through her own journey of healing, it’s helped her approach her practice with more empathy, compassion, and non-judgment.
One of the most important things she’s learned is that you need a trusting relationship with your therapist; she provides a warm and safe environment where you can feel encouraged to open up and express what you’re thinking and feeling.
Meet Resha Erheim, M.Ed.
Resha Erheim, M.Ed., is a Canadian Certified Counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience. She is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (Canada) and has worked internationally in Canada, Kuwait and the UAE. Resha conducts counseling in both English and Arabic with a diverse client population using a compassionate eclectic approach. Her areas of expertise include relationship and marital counseling, identity and self-esteem issues, grief and loss, family conflict, depression and anxiety disorders, and assertiveness training.
Meet Imane Akhlafa, MSc.
Imane Akhlafa, MSc., is a Dutch Certified Clinical and Health Psychologist. Imane has years of international experience in the Netherlands, Morocco, and UAE. With her bi-cultural background and international experience, she takes a culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Imane works with mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and maladaptive patterns of behavior. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Motivational Interviewing. Her services are provided in English, Dutch, and Maghrebi-Arabic.

Rima Abboud, M.A. works with children, adolescents, and adults. Rima has a BA in Psychology and a MA in Clinical Psychology from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
Her work specialty includes psychoeducational assessments. She is trained in providing assessments to children and adolescents struggling with educational, cognitive, emotional, and/or social difficulties.
Rima is also trained in providing psychotherapy to address various difficulties (e.g., anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD etc.). Her therapeutic approach is holistic, client-centered, and goal-oriented. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy techniques, and provides parental management trainings. Rima speaks both Arabic and English.
